Question:

Do you believe in a creator?

something had to create this existence
even if you believe in the big bang something caused it
think about this even if science figures out that happened before the big bang, what happened before that and before that... etc.
a bomb creates an explosion to the explosion the bomb is a creator or a mother gives birth
both are creators one living one not
i think there is a creator i just don't know if it is living non living or a process
do you agree?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: That's the problem is that no one knows for sure. The religious folks will say intelligent design has to exist because of their belief, and many non-religious people will say that is ridiculous. Currently, our science cannot determine what happened before the Big Bang, but that doesn't mean nothing was there, intelligent or no. Keep in mind that Big Bang is simply a theory, based on mathematical and physical models.

From your posting it does not appear to be a question as much as a statement to see who agrees with you. I for one am not a religious person, and have seen no evidence of actual intelligence involved, but I don't think anyone actually knows enough to make a determination one way or another.

Thing is, humans have no concept of the huge amounts of time involved. We have no idea what 1000 years really means, much less a million, a billion or 14 billion. So much can happen over time, things equal out naturally, so I don't think it precludes the idea that things happen just naturally on their own. Why does "intelligence" always enter the picture when trying to explain away scientific evidence against scientific events that aren't explainable? Could it be that the "believers" are trying so hard to include religion in science since they cannot dispute the evidence they see? That's the thing about belief v. ideas, belief is so hard to change or to be open minded about because of the emotions involved.

So, my answer is that we don't know, no one really knows, you can believe what you want but that doen't prove anything. I lean towards what evidence we do have; though it doesn't prove anything, it's more than what the other side can provide.
