I want to be able to do the splits, how can i become more flexible?

Its hard for me to stretch everyday, but if thats what I gotta do... Any really good stretches to become all around flexible? Thanks.


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: When I worked at getting that flexible the only thing that worked was to get into stretching positions and then stay like that for hours at a time. Do it when you watch movies/t.v., when on the computer. Normal stretches are good only for loosening up to do physical activity. You have to do those same stretches but stay in them for long periods of time, you're trying to literally force your body into a new configuration. It's very, very hard.
