Your best bet is to get the "2007 Photographers Market" handbook (amazon.com). This book will give you all the information you will need to answer your questions and the requirements for submission to these agencies.

Don't limit yourself to just postcards and calenders, you also have books, magazines, card companies and stock agencies.
