Basketballl highlight video for college....?

Hi, I have made tons of videos over the past 12 years, and I am making a video for a friend who is going into college. She asked me to make a highlight video of her playing and we have went through about 4 hours of footage finding the clips. We have about 3 or 4 mins of usefull footage, and now I am wondering.... What are colleges looking for in this video. Should it just be music playing and clips playing, or would it be best if i really made a great video (which i wouldnt have a problem putting the time into as long as its worth it). this is really important for her and I would really like to help her out. thanks alot!
