NYU or Juilliard?

I am definately going to go to a college in NYC 4 musical theatre i dance! I want 2 major in musical theatre and minor in dance! I need choices lots of choices! and if anyone has gone 2 a performing arts school or gone 4 performing in NYC plz tell me where and how it went or is going! or even if u were rejected from a place tell me what u had 2 do!! plz i need to have my prioriteez straight!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: As a Juilliard Graduate, I can tell you there is no Musical Theater program at Juilliard. The administration consider it to be a lower form of art, not suitable for the school's main curriculum.

If you want to do Musical Theatre, Juilliard is not the school for you. You should look into AMDA, American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Lots of my friends go there and they seem to do well after graduating.
