The first actual Concentration Camp was set up, close to Berlin, at Birkenau. The Nazis started sending all sorts of "Enemies of the State" there in the early '30's. Now that they have opened up the Nazi records, I'm sure a definitive answer will eventually be found as to who was the last to be murdered at one of the camps. This might take awhile.
They may already have been able to determine which Jew was first murdered there - but this does not account for Rohm and his Brownshirts running rampant since the early '30's murdering Jews on a whim in the street, their businesses or homes.
Honestly, Lorna, I don't think we'll ever know.
