OK. Why doesn't Yahoo Answers make a bigger banner?

that says, "Try searching in similar questions already answered before asking your question"?

Just in the last few days I have seen the same question asked by 6 different people on how to take a black and white picture and make one part of it color or a extremely close derivative of said question. I plugged in the key words of said question in the search area and came up with dozens upon dozens of the same question with the same answers over and over again.

OK, maybe I am just being a little testy. I can't wait for school to start back SOON!!!!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: you are in part, correct, their reasoning at this time is that the variables in each persons question, may vary, as to tools used, online or off-line, with photoshop only or with any other, can they do it word or paint or not, do they want black and yellow instead, do they only want one or many variations, can you do it, is it for a test, is it a scam, is advertising or just point gaining,
... and then theres more then one answer for same results,
you mention b&w with color quest,
...in program like paint you open two windows and copy color item and paste over b&w with transparent on,
... some new cameras now have special programing for effects built in,
... if your using online tools, you still need to copy and paste color over b&w or have access to layers,
if you use photoshop, paintshop, of gimp, you use layers, or windows, or mask or levels, or effects, and all of them together,
.. so what can be done, is to find best answer in search,
