Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I don't think they will always take more than one. My x father in law said he was an EMT for a while. He was on an accident and there were two 60 year olds and a baby with it's parents. Only one was taken and it was the baby. Everything happens for a reason, what reason god only knows.
