Question:

Who likes poems?

Springs gone and winters here
My heart left with my last tear
Your fake smiles are fading away
Along with the flowers and sunshine of may
The broken promises are no more
My reckless thoughts have ceased to pour
I'm lost in my unforgetful empty darkness
It's your fault, you caused this
I wander in my absent mind
Although there's nothing there to find
Your words and pleas don't mean a thing
Because you lost in the ending
I was faithful in and out time
You were the one that commited the crime
It wasn't like me to chase after you
I'm letting go of all i've held on to
I'm closer to where i started from
I can't hide there's no place to run
The weather around be has become strange
My nothingness hasn't moved or changed
Now i've seen the other side
Where love and loss started to collide
When you got closer to my soul
was when i started to feel less and less whole.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I liked it, but my very first thought was "This needs editing". Editing in the sense of apostrophes and verb usage and the like.
Another thought was that you used a lot of cliches that have been overused by many other poets or poet wannabes.
It has a lot of meaning, which I admire and encourage.
Though a couple spots were rough, overall your poem had exceptional rhythm and very good rhyme. I can relate to this poem, as it is bittersweet but not without hope, which I despise in any poem, because there is always hope, everywhere.
So very good job and definitely never put down your pen.
