How do i get better at my strattle?

i can do splits great. but i just can't do my strattle, i am so close to the ground. and i have been stretching everyday for a long time. can you help me?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Try doing oversplits. You can pile books on top of eachother and then put one leg on the books and move into the middle split. This will force yourself to stretch more especially since you won't be able to hold yourself off the ground so well. Do it for about a minute and then switch legs. If you really want to go crazy though have books piled under both legs and then stretch that way. It will hurt but will help you increase your flexibility. This is also a good way to make your left and right leg splits better too.
