I need help on doing decent turnouts?

i'm learning to do the front splits, i know the back leg should have a good turn out, and i need to get better at them because i don't want to shred my knee. so a few exersizes would help. thanks for your help.


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Butterfly is a good exersise. You know, when you sit on the floor, pull your feet towards you and let your knees come apart. Press on your thighs with your hands and hold. Getting your sideways split will help too.
