How do you fall asleep when you're afraid of a scary movie or just ghosts/spirits in general?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Remember, it was just a movie, and most spirits are friendly. If you decided that you will not channel spirits or be open to inviting them into your conscious, they will not bother you. Most are friendly and you never are aware of their presence.
