Question:

Any good books you can recommend in the summer?

I need about twenty good books

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: 1.Complete Harry Potter Series, including Deathly Hallows
2. The Chronicles of Narnia ( that's another 7 books right there)
3.Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrel- that's a 1006 page novel about 1806 England caught in the midst of their battle with Napoleon, and the emergence of two magicians who help with the fight, but ultimately begin a war with each other. There's a lot more to it than that and it is an amazing book- I highly recommend it.
4. The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I just read them for the first time and they were great.
5.David Copperfield and Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens
6. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, as well as Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, by Lewis Carrol- very psychological stories- really cool if you never read them.
7. Jurassic Park- Michael Crichton- awesome book, read it several times
8. Needful Things- the only Stephen King book I liked, read it twice.
9. Fahrenheit 451- Ray Bradbury- PLEASE read this book. Set in a futuristic America that is anti- Knowledge/ Learning, and is based around the story of a "Fireman" whose job it is to find and burn books, which are illegal.
10. The Illustrated Man- Ray Bradbury- Tattooed man's tattoos come to life and tell the stories behind themselves.

Well there's 26 if I counted right, please give some of them if not all a try. I absolutely loved each of these books and hope that you do too! Happy reading!
