Do you agree?

That as an atheist, you lead a more healthy and productive life becuase you are not wasting your time trying to please or impress "God". You not only can think more clearly, but you make the most of your life because you know that it is the only one you've got, and it should not be wasted.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I totally agree upto a point. You can leave out the parts like .... healthy, productive ... wasting ... clear thinking etc.. Woever told you that all who believe in God ( as opposed to the non believers) are leading wretched lives? There may be equal percentage ( not numbers) of people on both sides who will have all the things that you have listed. While I cannot tell on whom the atheists will lean ( on themselves?) those who leaning on the concept of God can get some psychological support for themselves. The 'troubled" atheists may fall back on their leader atheists who will give them an alternative shoulder.

The line dividing the atheist and the non is very , very thin. Both are believers, one believes in God and the other in non existence of God. Their belief they hold on to .
