Harry will, in fact, return to Hogwarts, if for no other reason, then to speak with Dumbledore's portrait.

Harry will die while killing Voldemort to save Ron, Hermione, and probably Ginny.

The person who does magic late in life will be either Figg or Filch. (For some reason, before this re-read, my mind always fastened on a Dursley for this event, but this time Figgy or Filch just seem to make sense.)
