Was anyone else but me infuriated by last weekend's coverage of the Royal Academy Summer show ?

Three hours of TV and less than 3 minutes when we could see a picture with no "personality" standing in front of it blocking the view. I counted from my recording. I was ready to throw the set out of the window.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I watched some of it on TV too, and thought the same thing as you. They didn't show many of the artworks at all, and those they did show (picked out by the 'experts') didn't appeal to me at all. Things kept catching my eye in the background, but there was no chance of actually seeing much on the programme. Was a bit of a waste of time I thought.
