Looking to design a website.?

I enjoy desiging them, i just have no ideas. Do you know anyone or any site I can go and find people that need help. I'm 12 but VERY good at it.

Here's something i just started but NOT EVEN CLOSE to being doen with, its for my mom. I know its not good i can do better i just wanted to see how the HTML worked
