Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: many photos can be manipulated to look "magazine worthy". I use Corel and there are filters that you apply plus color correction that can be added to change the look and feel of a photo. But it won't work with just any photo. You need a high quality photo that is good to begin with and all you want to do is "enhance" it. You can't take a shoddy poorly lit photo and make it grand.
