I know that you can pick up items on JKR's website but how? I clicked on the item that I wanted to pick up but nothing happened. Pls. answer ASAP

I do however know that lots of times a site may not work due to the browser you are viewing it in. If you are using Internet Explorer for example, try using Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera or Netscape.
