I am looking for the title of a romace novel and I only know the plot, can anyone help?

From what I remember the book was about a woman who fell into a freezing river and is saved by a man. He takes her to his house and cares for her. The man was closterphobic. I don't think the woman remembers her past. I remember when he saved her he had to give her a hot shower to warm her up and he was nervous about it.
