Another Face
When you say your name you always flicker a grin
A grin is a sign of happiness right above your chin
But there are people in world today
Who smiling and grinning are fading away
Don't say they're to poor
Don't say they're to weak
I wish I was more like them
More humble more meek
Every person has a story one that is its own
Through each story another side of another face is shown
Is your face antoher face or does it stand above the rest
Is your face one of pride or a face filled with zest
Are you helpful are you caring
Are you hopeful are you daring
If someone said I love you would you turn your cheek
Would you say back I love you and then your heart become weak
Is your heart in another faces soul
Or is your heart above all hanging on a flagpole
So next time you look around and see another face
Be glad that you are not them because your hearts all over the place!
