Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: depends what your looking for.. There are so many great books out there.. Master of the Game by Sheldon is great. Do you like court drama? then go for Grisham.
When my son was in sixth grade I gave him the list of the top 100 books people wanted to ban and told him to read them, most of them are GREAT books.
When I don't want to really think, just laugh I like Janet Evonovich's Stephanie Plum novels. She is a bounty hunter, not a good one, but the situations she gets into make me laugh.
If you like adventure Clive Cussler has some great books, Inca Gold comes to mind.
