What type of paint should it use for any outdoor mural?

The wall i am painting on has high exposure to the elements and also leaks some water durring the winter. Is there a paint that will let the water pass through? The wall is cement.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: First you probably want to get a sealer for the concrete before you actually paint. If you go to a good hardware store you will find masonary paint for your project. It would be a good idea to put a clear coat sealer on after you finish too.
