what would need GOD more, an PERFECT WORLD or an IMPERFECT WORLD?

if all world become perfect and all people become handsome and obeying HIM it won't increase anything from HIS Majesty
on the other hand if all people become so cruel and soooo sooo bad it won't decrease anything from HIS Majesty
