If a person's friends are hard working people, the person likely is as well. If they are partyers and spend half their time trying to get by on a bare minimum of effort, then that person is likely to be the same.

I do judge people by their friends and their actions. The old saying about actions speaking louder than words still holds true. A person's choice in friends is one of their actions.
