Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: california, boston,washington state, or north carolina. all these states have really good arts schools and great dance companies, too. texas is also a good option, but theres a lot less going on, but there are two performing arts high schools in texas, and the 2nd and 3rd in the nation i believe.
