Who is R.A.B., and some other questions?

I just read something I can't believe I missed it OofP! The locket they came across while cleaning the house, they couldn't open it. This must be the real locket concealing the Horcrux! I had a feeling that R.A.B. was Regulus Black but I never noticed this. So after reeling from this, I want to ask you a few questions:

1.) Do you think Snape is really bad, or good?
2.) Is Malfoy a bad person, or a good person?
2.) I'm hoping Harry Potter will go down with Voldemort in some final, climactic battle. Who are you hoping will die?
4.) Who do you think R.A.B. is?
