Question:

The central tone around which a musical composition is organized is called what?

Scale
Dominant
Tonis
Modulation

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Music composition is not organized around a central "tone" so to speak. It CAN be organized in a particular key signature, but not always and in the past 100 years less and less so. You could designate the key signature as a particular "scale" if that makes it easier for you.
