What Is The Most Simple Way To Etch Glass On...Say A Wine Glass. Im Thinking About Making A Gift For My Boyfriend. And How About The Stencil. Whats The Best Way To Do That?

If that's too hard, use a very fine dremmel tool and carve it.

And many places do custume etching for you.
