Question:

When writing, do you ever see your character as a famous actor?

I've done this a couple times, but not always.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Actually, with the exception of some fan fiction, no. Some of my fan fiction has been based on a live-action movie and a live-action tv series (in otherwords, not cartoon, all CGI (I'd be stupid to think some of the shows I watch don't use some CGI for effects shots), or claymation/stop motion animation). So naturally in this fan fiction I'm going tosee the actors and actresses who play the roles of the characters. But most of my fan fiction is actually based on video games and cartoons, and there I'm just seeing the characters from the particular game or cartoon universe I'm writing the fic in at the time.

In my regular writing I never see my characters as a famous actor or actress. Their much more regular people, more of a combination of the people I know as what I see as I'm writing goes.
