How would I get better quality pictures from my camera phone?

How would I get better quality pictures from my camera phone?

Most of the pictures are reasonable quality but there are a few that when enlarged, they become blurred and you can see all the pixels. The are saved in the same format and i can't think how to get these photos to reasonable size without making them blurred.

Camera phones are not designed to be high quality, it takes up too much space.
You will just have to leave them at the same size.
