I can do a lot of different things, but bands always make a point to ask for that particular look on their merch/banners/etc.

I want to be able to put pics on tshirts, but as you may know, tshirts are printed with a cost that goes by the number of ink colors being used, so it's basically impossible to put a pic onto a tshirt. Do you know how to convert it to one color? I mean something like this:
