Dance choreography help!?

i am cchoreographing a dance and i need help comming up with dance moves i am doing it to the song "Get Up" by ciara and i need some help if you could descibe the moves or find them online or anything that would be great! thanks so much. also i need help with comming up with like 30 moves that will fill up the song so far i have about 34 sec. done already choeographed.
