There's one about a clock on a railway platform - I don't know the name - it established limits of civil liability. Dredd Scott - slavery's last gasp. Brown v Bd of Education- desegregated classrooms Roe v Wade - women's right to abortion There's another one that forbid interracial marriage (Plessey v Ferguson???) There's lots. Check around. |
