Position:Home>Arts & Humanities> Summer readung, any advise on the choices??Question: Summer readung, any advise on the choices??I got a letter in the mail with choices for summer reading, eevry choice was in a pair, meaning if you chose one you had to read the other. I narrowed it down to a few choices, if you dont know about some books, please just tell me about the book you know about, and i will be very happy. Thanks in advance =) Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Tuesday's with Morrie is one of my all time favorite books by Mitch Albom. He's an excellent writer. It's about an old man named Morrie that is in his death bed. He gives the author helpful insights about life and marriage. Simpleology I've never read. Utopia is another book I read. It's a great read if you're interested in philosophy otherwise you might be bored. It's seems more science fiction really. Barefoot in the Park is a play. It's about a newlywed couple living in an apartment. Ethan Frome is a great novel about either a farmer or a priest. I can't fully remember it. And the Scarlet Letter is by Nathaniel Hawthorne. It's a great read. I think you should choose either the very first two or the last two to read. I hope this helped. :) |
