Splits...oh gosh?

i love ballet but i'm not very flexible
i used to be very flexible when i did gymnastics but now im like ehh
i want to know how i could stretch so i can gradually get to do splits
and i want to know how i can get my center splits


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Sit in your splits during TV commercials...that will TOTALLY help after a while.

Sit against a wall in a stradle sit and keep pushing yourself closer to the wall, see how far you can get. Do this often

Lay on your back with your butt against a wall, stradle your legs and relax them far enough so you feel a stretch.
