spot on camera photos?

Question:

Black smudge/spot on camera photos?

Well I have a Casio Exilim Z-70 camera and the photos seem to have a black spot on them. You can see through the spots but its really quite annoying. Through some searches, I have found that it can be dust. But just to make sure, maybe you can look at some of the photos.
