I am looking for a title of this book or books I read?

Yesterday I was talking to a friend about books we should read, and we both came to the topic of this really scary book about dolls. She recalled that the name was the Dollhouse Murders, but when we looked up the plot and the cover, they did not totally match although some of it was accurate.
I remember picking up the book which looked big at the time
(I was only about 7, 8, or 9) and it had a black cover with half of it an evil doll face and the other half a dollhouse and both were surrounded in fire. I am almost certain this was the book I read, and that that book started out with a girl who gets a dollhouse at a dollhouse convention or something. Anyway, thanks for help if you can provide any; I really would love to know what this book is.

The Dollhouse Murders is a very interesting and scary book. It's about a girl named Amy Treloar who goes to her Aunt Clare's house.When they are cleaning the attic, Amy finds something lumpy covered with a cloth. She takes the cloth off and finds a miniature dollhouse of the same house. There are four dolls, a grandpa, a grandma, a son, and a daughter doll. Amy's grandparents had been murdered in the house. There is a ghost in the house which moves the dolls exactly what happened when the grandparents were murdered. In the miniature house there is a parlor with case of books.The ghost kept making the books fall off the shelf which tells Aunt Clare and Amy to look in the parlor downstairs behind the books.they find a letter that tells them who murdered the grandparents.
