Question:

What's a good 2 act play for actors 15-20 and a fairly young director?

I've been offered a chance to direct the teen show for my local community theater next year if I can find a script to pitch. My basic requirements
1. Must be languague suitable for community theater (We recently did Brighton Beach Memoirs and the infamous scene pushed the line)
2. Must be suitable for actors 15-20 as that is the age range we're dealing with
3. Must be a 2 act play
3. Preferably a comedy. This isn't a requirement but it's easier to focus teenagers with a comedy.
4. It'd be nice to be able to utilize the set for "Noises Off" as that's the previous show and our TD would love me forever.
5. I'd like more girl parts the guys as we have 1 bajillion girls try out and only a handful of guys. I CAN work around this though.
6. Something not too goofy or childish as I want them to take the Teen program seriously as we've been proving over the past 2 years.
7. Something I won't tear my hair out form directing as I'm only 18 (19 during the show)
Thanks for the help in advance!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: 'I hate Hamlet' is hilarious, you could use the 'Noises Off' set, (with some adjustments of course) there are three girls and three guys, and most of the characters could resonably be played by younger actors.
