How is the work schedule, salary?People say that I have a real pleasant, deep voice and say that I should be a voice actor. Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: That's something you do freelance... That is, you are never employed by anyone. You just do one job at a time each with an individual contract. You go to dozens of auditions for every job that you get. You must live in a major city to get work. You need to spend a few thousand dollars on a professional demo reel to start. You may go months without a job at first. But if you get one or two national ads running for one or two quarters, that could pay your rent for a few months. Thare are a few books on the subject -- look it up at your bookstore or amazon. Also -- try googling for a voiceovers forum... I know there used to be one. |
