Would the world be a better place if Germany had won the first world war?

I mean is, had the Kaiser had kept being on the throne,at least Hitler or someone like him wouldn't have risen to power then!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The chance that German would have won WW1 is pretty narrow, Even without the help of the US which made up for the collapse and withdrawal of Russian Forces, Germany Would have still been defeated. The German Empire collapsed from within, it was the food rationing, & starvation, on the hoome fron that ended the war, not a military defeat.
Could the Kasier have stayed on the throne? No.
The influence of America democracy was infeasting the European population. The european people were demanding a greater degree of sufferage, and the time for any King to retain his throne was passing.
But for the sake of you question let us assume that when the French & Itialian Armies muntined the Allies & central powers came to terms on a cease fire. Germany agreed to with draw from the majority of French Territroy, annexation of Belgium, Luxemburg. Would the Russian Revolution have happened without the support of Germany, probably, but would the influence of Lenin been so great without the 5 million german marks? Germany would still have to maintain a large army to defend both borders. Should the Communist attain power in Russia and execute the Tsar I think the Royal powers would have united to conter this threat and former enemies might have been allies. Germany would certainily want to get parts of western Russia. The Ottomans would like to have occupied the Black & Caspian Seas.
But the desire for a Demoraracy was still strong with the people of Europe and the Crown was going to have to cede power to the masses eventually but to what degree?
It would have mattered little to America for America then a power only second to the British Empire, and was powerfull enouhg that the European powers did not want to enter into any hostile action against the Americans.
But as for Hitler, I think the only opportunity that he had was for things to go the way they did, witthout the Treaty of Versallasis I do not think Hitler would have been anything other than a want a be painter.
