But some people do neither. Quotes are most commonly left out. You can leave them too. Capital letters must be used for The first letter if u are writing the songs name. But if u are wrting the verse of the song then no capitals are required. Write it like a poem then.
Like:
She was listenening to Celine Dion's My Heart Will GO On.
or, She was listening to Celine Dion's " My Heart Will Go On".
