My last name is Swa and I have no idea where it may have origionated, does anyone have any ideas??

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: during roman times, herodotus listed a tribe of people called swabians. as well as i recall, they were listed in the area of hungary, poland etc. find a good history of roman empire and go from there
