Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Start off very slow-if you can do it slow and clean, it will easy to play fast later. Concentrate of articulation-make shure you have no dead notes. If two notes are parallel i.e. G and C on the D and G strings "roll" your finger across the strings. This technique (rolling), was very hard for me, but PERFECT practice makes "perfect". Also. us a metronome or something to keep time and gradually increase tempo.
