Who believes that dudley will turn out to have magical powers in harry potter?

I know he does in the new book that i read. Maybe it was real maybe it was fake but it really good either way and i loved the way they ended the book.

in the book dumbledore did make it where dudley didn't know he had magic. But if you remember he did see the dementors didn't he and only magical people can see them. But after dumbledore died the spell kind of broke and whenever dudley gets mad he does magic on accident like harry did in the 1st book.
