How do you cry on demand?

How do you cry on demand?

I can not cry on demand. Isthere any way to do it ? i cannot cry when thinking of something sad, or something that has happened in the past such a death, and keeping my eyes open doesnt work either. please help!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: well i have practiced and little by little i could cry more and more so you just have to think of something sad and let it touch you take it in fully understand the emotions going threw you then eventually you should get better but I'm not sure
