Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Yes, I have had billboards made from my 35mm transparencies (usually Kodachrome).

That said, your image must be in tack sharp and shot with an aperture around f/5.6 or f/8 to get the most out of your lens. Using the finest grain film you can find is the other key to making large prints.
