Would like help to find a site on a piece of art work given to me by grandmother. Artist is I. Boileau?

I was given a collage assemblage "Christ Espaganol" artist I Boileau. I have searched the internet for this artist and I am unable to find a site. The picture was at the American Legion Hall in San Francisco Ca.It was on exhibition 11-25-53 registration number 2186.53. Picture was donated to the The old Presbaterian Church in San Francisco by Clara Huntington. In 1969 the picture was given to my grandmother. I would like to know more about the artist and if the picture might be of any value. I have called the ALH in San rancisco and was told they have no records dated back that far. i am hopeing someone will be able to direct me to a site or of any help that might be usefull. Thank you
