Look them up. (Click on "Advanced"). Click on "SS-5". Print the letter, add a check for $27, and 6 - 8 weeks later you'll have a copy of their SSN app.

If they are alive; go to:

See if you qualify. If so, send a letter. You may need to send $25, too.
