I like photographs with the blurry back ground..?

I know there are expensive cameras that will give you that...but is there a computer program that will also create that look?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: photoshop or gimp will allow you o do that fairly easily. even some low end cameras can acheive what you're trying. most cheap digi cams use very low apertures (opening in lens) to maximize the chance of you taking a good picture. it does this by allowing more light into the lens. low apertures give low depth of field. DOF is how much of your image is in focus. a low depth of field will have only a small part of the image in focus. most likely your subject and a couple feet in front or behind.
